FREE Shipping Across India

We offer FREE shipping all over India with no minimum purchase required.

International shipping charges are applicable separately based on the destination country and package weight.


Delivery Timeline

Within India

  • Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days in major metro cities.
  • For other locations, delivery may take 10–15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • For customized or stitched products, an additional 3–5 working days may be required.

International Orders

  • International orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 working days after order placement.
  • Customized orders may require an additional 4–5 working days for dispatch.
  • Estimated delivery time for international shipments is 15–20 working days depending on the destination country.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order has been shipped.

Delays in Delivery

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transport disruptions
  • Courier delays
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Public holidays or strikes

In such cases, Vastravika will keep you updated regarding your order status.

Please note that refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will not be applicable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

We may also ship your order in multiple packages depending on product availability. If you choose to cancel an order shipped partially, only the unshipped items may be eligible for cancellation.


Important Shipping Address Information

  • Any address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, address modifications will not be possible.
  • If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders for each address.

Please ensure that:

  • Your shipping address and PIN/ZIP code are accurate.
  • Someone is available to receive the package at the delivery location.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping charges will need to be paid by the customer.


Billing Address & Shipping Address

  • Billing Address: Address linked to your payment method/invoice.
  • Shipping Address: Address where the order will be delivered.

Both addresses can be the same or different based on customer preference.


International Shipping Policy

For international orders (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.):

  2. Customized products may require additional processing time.
  3. Shipping charges vary depending on destination and package weight.
  4. Customers are responsible for any applicable custom duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country.
  5. Delivery timelines may vary due to customs procedures or international logistics conditions.

Product Availability

At Vastravika, we strive to keep all products in stock and updated on our website.

In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after order placement:

  • We will inform you within 5 working days
  • You may choose:
    • A replacement product
    • Store credit
    • Full refund

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Lost in Transit

All shipments are insured during transit.

If a package is lost during shipping:

  • We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.
  • Please allow up to 15 working days for resolution.
  • If the product is available, a replacement order will be processed.
  • If the item is unavailable, a refund or alternate product option will be offered.
