RETURN POLICY (For Orders Shipped Within India)
1.
If you receive the product in damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person.
Also, email us at official.vastravika@gmail.com with your Order ID and issue details.
2.
We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.
3.
If you are unsatisfied with the product delivered, you may raise a return request from the Returns Center and email us the UNPACKING VIDEO within 7 days of receiving the parcel at:

After reviewing the reason for return, if approved, VASTRAVIKA will arrange pickup from your location.
We provide two refund options:
Store Credit
An amount equal to the product value will be added to your VASTRAVIKA Account and can be used for future purchases. Store credit will be issued after the returned product is received and verified.
Bank Refund
The full amount will be refunded to your bank account.
Required bank details:
- Account Holder Name
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Account Type (Savings/Current)
- Bank Name
- Branch Name
These details must be shared while requesting the return.
Important Refund Information
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected at our VASTRAVIKA warehouse/showroom in Surat. Once approved, the refund amount will be processed within 4–7 working days to the original payment method or bank account provided by the customer.

If the shipment is not returned within the specified timeframe after raising a return request, only store credit may be provided. Refunds may not be applicable.
5.
When handing over the return package to the courier partner, please collect a receipt or acknowledgment message as proof of return shipment.

Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original packaging with tags attached
Returns will not be accepted if:
- Tags are removed
- Packaging is damaged
- Product is altered or used
7.
Return requests will only be accepted through the official Returns Center or email. Requests via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or phone calls will not be considered valid.
8.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within India for orders below ₹5,000.
COD is not available for customized stitching orders.
9.
Orders are generally dispatched within 4–5 working days. Customized orders may require an additional 3–5 working days.
10.
Customized stitching orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURN POLICY (For International Orders)
1.
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
2.
If you are not satisfied with the product, it must be shipped back within 2 days of delivery. Please email the courier receipt and Order Number to:

Customers are responsible for returning the product to our Surat warehouse.
4.
Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
5.
All returned products undergo strict quality checks. Please ensure original packaging is intact.
6.
Refunds will only be processed for product value. Payment gateway transaction charges may be deducted where applicable.
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our VASTRAVIKA warehouse/showroom.
7.
Refunds may be issued as:
- Original payment refund
- Store credit after deduction of shipping charges
Store credit can be used for future purchases on VASTRAVIKA.
8.
Once a product enters customization or stitching process, cancellation or return will not be possible.

HOW DO I RETURN?
- Visit our Returns Center
- Enter your Order Number and Email Address
- Select the products you wish to return
- Once approved, shipping instructions will be emailed to you
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards
- Customized stitching orders
- Used or damaged products
THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED
If the product received is damaged or defective, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
CAN ITEMS BE EXCHANGED?
Yes, exchange requests are accepted subject to product availability and approval.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Pickup will be arranged by VASTRAVIKA.
- Replacement products will be shipped within 5–7 working days after receiving the returned item.
Please Note:
- Exchange is not possible for sarees with fall and edging completed.
- Exchange is only available for products of equal or higher value.
- Customers must pay the balance amount for higher-value exchanges.
- Exchanged products cannot be returned or exchanged again.
- Discounts are not applicable on exchange orders.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the order is shipped.
